Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) is an energy therapy that provides a wonderful complement to other holistic techniques such as Healing Touch, Reiki, and Quantum Touch.
IET can be used as a stand alone energy therapy or it can be integrated into sessions based on other holistic modalities. During an IET session, physical and emotional energy blockages are helped to clear from cellular memory that we hold in our bodies, thus “getting the issues out of the tissues”. Energy blocks are created when we suppress our emotions, which can lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual disorders or illnesses.
By working at the next level, IET sessions can go beyond Reiki to detect and release energy blocks that are formed by these emotions that are suppressed. In a safe, gentle and nurturing way, these emotions from the past that create imprints in our bodies are able to be released with ease. By doing this, you are empowered to balance your health and your life. These energy blockages are replaced with positive physical and emotional energy.
