Exploring Chakras
When our chakras (energy centers) are in balance, we function at a much higher rate of health and well being. An exploration of the energy field will assist in learning about any imbalances that may contribute to problems in our lives and how we can return to a state of balance. This knowledge is valuable in understanding the mind, body connection with ourselves, our families and our clients.Aura photos will be taken during the workshop and information about what the colors mean for you will be available. An energetic technique using light touch will be learned during this 2 day class.
